Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made on the Test Series platform available at exam.managedesk.in (the "Platform"), operated by ManageDesk, headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made on the Platform are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Scope of No-Refund Policy

This no-refund policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:

Test Attempt Fees: Fees paid for test attempts, including first attempts and retests, are non-refundable regardless of whether the student completes, abandons, or is unable to finish the test.

Cancelled Tests: If your test is cancelled due to violation of anti-cheating policies (such as excessive tab switching), the attempt is counted as used and the fee paid is non-refundable. You will need to pay the applicable retest fee to attempt the test again.

Low Scores or Dissatisfaction: Refunds are not provided based on test scores, question quality, or general dissatisfaction with the service.

Unused Attempts: If you have paid for a test attempt but choose not to take the test, the payment is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation of Services

Students may stop using the Platform at any time. However, discontinuing use does not entitle the student to a refund of any previously made payments. There is no subscription model — payments are made per test attempt and are final at the time of transaction.

4. Technical Failures

If you experience a genuine technical failure on our end that completely prevents you from accessing a paid test (not caused by your internet connection, device, or browser), you may contact us at support@managedesk.in within 24 hours of the incident. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may provide a replacement test attempt. Even in such cases, monetary refunds are not provided.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same test attempt due to a payment processing error, please contact us at support@managedesk.in with your transaction details. We will verify the duplicate charge and process a refund for the extra payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. The Platform accepts payments via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

7. Pricing

Stage 1: First attempt is free. Retests start at ₹20 and increase progressively with each additional attempt.

Stages 2–5: First attempt costs ₹20. Retest fees increase progressively with each additional attempt.

Prices are displayed on the Platform at the time of payment. By completing a payment, you agree to the price shown.
