Welcome to ManageDesk NEET Platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Platform

This platform is designed for NEET exam preparation. You must be a student or aspirant preparing for NEET to use this service. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.

2. Test Rules

All tests must be taken honestly. Tab switching during a test is monitored. If you switch tabs more than 3 times, your test attempt will be automatically cancelled. No refunds are provided for cancelled attempts due to policy violations.

3. Payments & Refunds

Stage 1 is free. Stages 2–5 require payment. Retest fees double with each attempt (up to 3 attempts maximum). Payments are processed via Cashfree. Refunds are only issued in cases of technical failure on our end, at our sole discretion.

4. Scoring & Rankings

NEET scoring rules apply: +4 for correct answers, −1 for incorrect answers, 0 for unanswered questions. Rankings are determined by score, with time taken as a tiebreaker. Rankings are published weekly.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in cheating, or misuse the platform in any way.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
